Brad Kempo B.A., LL.B. (Called to the Alberta Bar 1990, retired) chose for his undergrad studies at the University of Victoria in the early 1980s political science and philosophy; which provided him the ability to analyze governance where it's most publicly non-transparent.

From March until July 2004 he focused on the genesis and two plus century evolution of the parliamentary system; thereafter periodically until this year continued his research to further discover what interests, agendas and relationships determine the formation of policy on the federal and provincial levels that caused prosperity theft.

His singular publication credit came after he conceptualized a new type of political party [Link] that would usher in nationwide reform of that which gave rise to prosperity theft and several other chronic political dysfunctionalities many decades ago. Shortly after appearing in the nationally circulated publication InRoads his thesis was critically but inadequately examined [Link].
